June Meets June

In April 2012 we met Nana & Pops in Grand Island to visit Gigi. A big highlight was introducing June Rassmussen to June Rotter:

We stayed at Uncle Dick's house on Kuesters Lake and Lawson had a great time getting fishing lessons from Pops:

He also got a few gambling lessons at the Fonner Park horse track from his Great Aunt Joanne and Great Uncle Bud:

It was fun seeing Lawson and June enamored by the same things their Mommy loved when she was little, such as Gigi's shoe & jewelry collection:

And of course the big green bathtub:

Gigi took us to her club Riverside for some dinner and Lawson & June had a fun time running around the golf course and even got to ride on a golf cart with Daddy!

Our time in Grand Island was so fun that Lawson said he wanted to move to "abraska." We can't wait to go back for another visit!
